Source: Land Trust of the Salisbury Association
There are three main entrances: two are on the north side of US 44, just west of the Salisbury School in Salisbury (which is east of downtown Salisbury).. The other one is on the Taconic Road about .5 of a mile from the blinker light on U.S. 44 (about 2.5 miles from Salisbury Center.)
There are about 3 miles of trails here. These unblazed trails are flat and primarily suited for cross-country skiing, except for the climb up Turnip Top itself (located just east of the intersection of Rt. 44 and Twin Lakes Road.
