This island is located in a suburban area. The preserve is visible from the shores of the Manasquan River in Brielle, and can be reached by boat.


History:

Donated to the Nature Conservancy by Alexander S. Walker in 1985. The island is going to be transferred to the Borough of Brielle as a nature preserve.
