HEISTIEN PARK
Randolph Township, Morris County, NJ


Directions:

US 80; US 287 s; exit for Route 10w; left turn onto Dover Chester Road; travel 1.5 miles south (passing by the Ironia School) and turn left onto South Road; very shortly turn left onto Doby Road. Drive .45 of a mile to an entrance by a small pond (by-passing the official sign for Heistien Park).


Facilities:

This park mostly consists of ball and soccer fields.


Trails:

There is a small pond about .2 of a mile past the sign for Heistien Park on Doby Road. One of the ball fields connects to the pond area. Dawson Brook runs through the park near the pond.

There is a small circular walk you can take around the pond.

The dominant species is autumn olive.
