New England Thruway (95) to exit 19 - OR -Hutchison River Parkway to exit 25 and follow signs for Playland Parkway. Follow Playland Parkway directly into the park.

You have to go past Rye Playland to get to this area.  It is an area that was highly disturbed so a lot of non-native species have found their home here.   


Background:

This sanctuary encompasses Playland Lake and the surrounding area.
