crowded in leat axils, each with three sharp bracts   tumbleweed (2.albus = white) white-stemmed; spatulate lvs; long lf-stalks; gardens & waste places, throughout

tumbleweed (1.blitoides) w/ purplish stem, often prostrate; w US weed, now common
